Beechwood

Project Beechwood is a testament to the importance of strategic design and collaboration with urban planning and conservation examiners to achieve a beautiful end result.

Working closely with Credit Valley Conservation and Mississauga Planning departments was essential to navigating the constraints of the landscape and achieving regulatory compliance. The design itself boasts precast limestone cladding, contemporary square bay windows and dormers, and modern window design juxtaposed with traditional trim detailing, blending architectural styles seamlessly. Elevated above the garage, the first floor maximizes views of the creek while steering clear of the regulated flood plain. The rear view showcases a captivating back porch and walk-out basement overlooking the natural landscape, enhanced by a modern Muskoka-room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the pool and neighbouring creek.
