Project Boggs is a custom-designed mountain-modern residence situated on the serene shores of Lake Anna, Virginia.

Spanning over 8,100 square feet across three finished levels, the home is thoughtfully programmed to offer a year-round retreat experience with dedicated spaces for relaxation, wellness, and gathering. The architectural expression draws from alpine lodge influences with a refined modern edge—featuring a bold exterior palette of natural stone, exposed timber structure, and large-format windows that bring in lake views and natural light throughout. A series of deep roof overhangs and outdoor terraces reinforce the indoor-outdoor connection and provide shelter across all seasons. The interior layout includes expansive open living and dining areas, a chef’s kitchen, and private bedroom suites complemented by a lower level equipped with a home gym, spa, sauna, yoga studio, golf simulator, and entertainment zone. A lakeside pool and hot tub complete the design, offering a seamless connection between architecture and its wooded, waterfront context.
