The exterior design introduces a layered material palette of charcoal horizontal siding and lightwashed ledgestone, balanced with refined detailing and clean rooflines. A streamlined entry canopy and larger window openings modernize the home’s profile while improving light, proportion, and overall visual clarity. This renovation strengthens the relationship between material, form, and function, delivering a cohesive and contemporary exterior while working within the original structure.
