The ground floor was carefully reworked to create stronger connections between the kitchen, family room, and outdoor areas, supporting everyday living and effortless entertaining. Strategic additions and interior planning allow the home to feel both open and efficient, with each space intentionally scaled for comfort and usability. On the exterior, layered gables and a balanced built form establish a timeless streetscape presence. Vertical board-and-batten siding, black-framed windows, and warm wood accents introduce depth and contrast, creating a modern farmhouse expression that feels both elevated and welcoming within the surrounding neighbourhood.
