Project King City Farmhouse is a modern interpretation of a rural classic, designed to blend timeless architectural forms with a contemporary sensibility. Set within a quiet suburban context, the home draws inspiration from traditional farmhouse silhouettes, reimagined with refined materials and tailored detailing.

The façade is composed of softly textured limestone cladding, warm wood accents, and expansive black-framed glazing. Twin front-facing gables create a symmetrical yet dynamic street presence, while the integration of built-in planters and a low stone address wall ground the structure in a curated landscape setting. The interior layout spans approximately 4,700 square feet above grade and is anchored by a soaring double-height foyer that creates a strong sense of arrival. The plan emphasizes symmetry and flow, with open-concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces that extend seamlessly onto a covered rear terrace. The home includes 4 bedrooms upstairs—each with its own ensuite—and a secluded main-floor office. Ceiling heights of 10 feet on the ground floor and 9 feet above enhance the sense of volume, while cathedral ceilings in the upper bedrooms bring light and spatial interest.
