Project Allan is a showcase of elevated approach to traditional Georgian architecture, strategically designed to seamlessly blend with the prevailing heritage character of Oakville's downtown.

The substantial renovation breathes new life into existing structure, utilizing repurposed original red brick to honor the historical context. Precast stone elements add a touch of sophistication, while the addition of a new front porch portico enhances the home's curb appeal. The introduction of black shutters provides a subtle yet impactful contrast, giving the entire residence a complete and refreshed look. Navigating through the Heritage Committee with the City of Oakville, we ensured meticulous attention to detail, respecting the character of the neighbourhood and upholding the rich heritage of the community. This project stands as a testament to the artful balance between preserving historical charm and introducing modern sophistication through thoughtful renovation.
