Terrence Park

Terrence Park

Project Terrence Park is a 4,000sft above-grade custom family residence designed as a modern interpretation of Transitional Tudor architecture.

The home balances classic massing and traditional roof forms with contemporary detailing, creating a timeless yet elevated presence within its residential streetscape. The exterior composition is defined by warm red brick cladding, steeply pitched gable rooflines, and a strong arched entry that anchors the front façade. Black metal accents and crisp window proportions introduce contrast and refinement, lending the home a modern clarity while respecting traditional architectural cues. Inside, the floor plan is thoughtfully organized to support everyday family living. The main level prioritizes functional adjacencies, clear circulation, and generous sightlines between primary living spaces, allowing the home to feel both structured and open. The layout encourages a seamless relationship between interior spaces and the rear outdoor amenities, supporting indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. The finished lower level extends the home’s livable area, accommodating flexible spaces for recreation, wellness, and guests while maintaining a cohesive connection to the overall design language of the home. Project Terrence Park reflects a carefully balanced approach to residential architecture—where classic form, modern detailing, and thoughtful planning come together to create a refined, livable family home.
